SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in North America! A $200 flat fee for delivery, (this delivery fee is subject to change without notice).There may be certain exceptions for territories in Canada.

We ship only with trusted carriers and we make sure they take an appointment with you 24 hours before delivery.

A tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Our e-Azteca comes fully assembled with only little work to do once its arrived. Here’s some pictures of the box that will be dropped by our trusted carrier.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Trivel offers a five-year warranty on the frameset. All defective parts are covered by a one-year warranty (installation excluded).

Parts that show signs of normal wear-and-tear and abusive use are not covered by the warranty.

Trivel will send you free of charge the required replacement part or you can bring your trike and the replacement part to your local bike shop for repair, at your own cost.
